Privacy Policy.
Effective date: July 4, 2026 · Last updated: July 15, 2026
Crowd Capture Media (“CCM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates crowdcapturemedia.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have — including rights available to California residents.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us. When you call, email, or submit the lead form on this Site, we receive the details you provide — your first name, last name, email address, and the message you send us about your marketing needs.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This data helps us keep the Site secure and running smoothly.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, health, or financial account details) through this Site, and we ask that you not submit it.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and follow up about a free audit or consultation
- To provide, operate, and improve our services and the Site
- To send you marketing emails about our services, if you've submitted the lead form (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email)
- To protect the Site and comply with legal obligations
Cookies and analytics
The Site does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may use minimal technical logs necessary for security and performance. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
“Do Not Track” signals
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We treat browser-based opt-out preference signals recognized under California law (such as Global Privacy Control) as a request to opt out of any “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to the extent applicable.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, infrastructure, and secure storage of lead submissions
- Resend — delivers email notifications when you submit our lead form
- Klaviyo — our email marketing platform, used to send updates to contacts who submit the lead form
These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know / access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
- Delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
- Correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information; if any Site technology is considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may opt out by contacting us or using a recognized opt-out preference signal
- Non-discrimination — we will never treat you differently for exercising any privacy right
To exercise any of these rights, email Admin@crowdcapturemedia.com or call (951) 259-2885. We will verify your request using the contact information you provide and respond within the timeframe required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purposes above — generally for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and record-keeping purposes — then delete or de-identify it.
Children's privacy
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website or transmission method is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
